Each package states everything that is included. The creator will specify whether a ticket is included.
If a ticket is included, where can I find my tickets?
Fans can pick up their tickets at will call on the day of the show. In the case that a creator arranges alternative ticket distribution plans, you will be notified by email.
Once a city is confirmed, where in that city does the show take place?
Creators are required to book a show within 50 miles of the city center. In addition, if there is an unconfirmed city within 50 miles of a confirmed city, the artist can confirm both cities and book one show somewhere in the middle.
How do I see what I have purchased in the past?
Each time you purchase a package, you will receive an email outlining the amount paid and what was purchased. Keep a record of these emails in case you have questions in the future.
How do I cancel or change my purchase?
Any purchase can be canceled or changed before a city is confirmed. To cancel or change an order, contact us atSupport@RoadNation.com.
How can I change my payment information after I’ve placed an order?
If I purchased physical merch, will it be shipped to me?
The creator will either ship your items or have you pick them up at the show. All digital items (discount codes, links to early access ticketing etc.) will be distributed to you via email.
When will I be charged?
Your card or account will be charged at the end of the creator’s campaign if your city gets confirmed. You will NOT be charged if your city does not get confirmed. Please make sure to keep RoadNation updated with accurate payment information if anything has changed since you placed your order.
How can I pay?
RoadNation accepts all major credit cards, or you can pay directly through PayPal.
Why did my payment get declined?
Check to make sure your card has not expired and that there are sufficient funds in your bank or PayPal account. If you have sufficient funds, try contacting your payment provider. Feel free to contact us atSupport@RoadNation.com if you have any concerns related to your declined payment.
Why was my payment never charged?
Most likely the city you supported did not reach its goal. If you feel you were not charged in error, please contact us via email atSupport@RoadNation.com to resolve the issue and ensure that your support is processed.
Can I change the email address on my RoadNation account?
Unfortunately, you are not able to change the email address associated with your RoadNation account.
How do I change my password?
To change your password, log in and access the Account Settings page from the tab located next to the Public Profile tab. Enter and retype your new password here.
